​Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday (excluding cleaning and options)

June 24 - July 8: € 2,450

July 8 - August 19: € 3,500

August 19 - September 9: € 2,450

Partial rental of the villa for 2 or 3 bedrooms in June and September (contact the owner for the conditions).

Cleaning included at the end of the stay with participation of € 120 payable by the tenant; possibility of cleaning during the stay (contact the owner for prices);

Water and electricity consumption recorded and billed at cost price at end of stay;

​

Possibility of having sheets (with beds made on arrival) and bathroom linen; contact the owner for prices;

Deposit (2,500€) to be paid by check on the day of arrival;

Tourist tax for adults over 18 to be paid on arrival (€2.30/adult/day - prices for 2023)

40% deposit to be paid on rental, 30% 30 days before arrival and 30% 15 days before arrival;

 

Cancellation possible (100% refunded) up to 60 days before arrival.
